Some of the regional recipes include Kansas corn souffle, huckleberry nut bread from Montana, palmetto salad from Florida, Jeff Davis pie from Missouri, oyster chowder from North Carolina, elk, venison or moose mulligan from Colorado, and possum stuffed with chinquapins from Arkansas.
